Yellow Bog No.2 Hut

Located near to Yellow Bog 1, near the Yellow Bog Creek and west of the Cabramurra to Khancoban road. 

Brief History

The hut was built by Paton in 1954, and used by many. There is an SMA airstrip nearby and an avenue of trees to the north east.

Construction

The hut is 4.5m by 3m and constructed of sawn timber with aluminium walls and roof, the only one of its type in the Park.

The lining is fibro and the floor is timber. The chimney is of cement and brick.
